At Passage, we strive to provide an excellent experience from start to finish. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping and returns process.
Shipping Policy
• Processing Times: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
• Delivery Times: Most orders within the U.S. arrive within 5–7 business days. Please note, delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Passage purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help!
• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your item for the refund to appear.
• Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, simply return your item, your refund will be processed, and place a new order.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at passageperasma@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.
3. Package your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
